step 1
To make the Prosecco and amaretto spritz, fill a highball with ice and pour over the amaretto (60 ml) and apple juice (60 ml). Top up with the Prosecco (90 ml), then gently stir in the Magic and Sparkle dust (1/2 tsp).
step 2
To make the mulled wine bellini, add the syrup (2 tsp) from the jar of Mulling Fruits to a Champagne flute (use the rest of the jar to make mulled wine). Top up with Prosecco (125 ml), then gently stir in the Magic and Sparkle dust (1 pinch). Garnish with some of the orange or cinnamon stick from the jar, if you like.
step 3
To make the sparkling Kir Royal, Add the creme de cassis (20 ml) to a coupé glass. Top up with the Prosecco (100 ml). Add the Magic and Sparkle dust (1 tsp) to a small plate, and gently roll the raspberry (3) in it before threading onto a cocktail stick. Use to garnish the drink.
