For the cherry Cosmo (makes 1)
40 ml
cherry-infused vodka
25 ml
M&S orange brandy liqueur

lime, juice only
50 ml
M&S cranberry juice drink
as needed

To make the infused vodka, add the vodka (500 ml) to a sterilised clip-top jar and stir in the jam (2 tbsp). Leave to infuse for 48 hours, shaking the jar a couple of times each day.

To make the cherry Cosmo, add the infused vodka (40 ml), orange brandy liqueur (25 ml), lime juice (1/2) and cranberry juice (50 ml) to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of orange zest (as needed).
