Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Cut the ciabatta (1 loaf) into 1cm-thick slices, drizzle with olive oil and pop into the oven for 8 minutes, until golden.

Meanwhile, add the artichokes (1 jar) and reserved 2 tbsp of artichoke oil to a blender and blitz into a smooth purée. Season to taste with the smoked sea salt (1 tsp).

Spread the ciabatta with the artichoke purée. Top with a spoonful of stracciatella (1 pack) and a little rocket (40 g), followed by the prosciutto cotto (1 pack) and a drizzle of walnut honey (2 tbsp).
