Cut the watermelon (1) into 3cm chunks, removing as many seeds as possible. Pop half of the watermelon into the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until frozen. Place the rest into the fridge.

Add the frozen and fresh watermelon, lemon and lime cordial (3 tbsp), and lime juice (1) to a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately with straws.
