Scoop one of the passion fruits (1) into a cocktail shaker and add the cordial (40 ml), vanilla vodka (60 ml) and lime juice (1). Add a handful of ice (1 handful) and shake vigorously.

Pour the mix into two chilled martini glasses, then top up with prosecco (as needed). Top each with the remaining halved passion fruit (1).
