Put the tequila (50 ml), limoncello (30 ml), lime juice (15 ml), cordial (15 ml), frozen strawberries (1 handful) and ice (3) into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Meanwhile, combine the salt (1 tsp) and sugar (2 tsp) onto a small plate, then rub a lime wedge (1 wedge) over the rim of a short tumbler glass. Then dip the rim into salt and sugar mix and rotate it until the whole rim of the glass is covered.

Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with the edible viola flowers (2).
