step 1
To make the rosé sangria, roughly chop the strawberries (150 g) and add to a large pitcher. De-stone and roughly chop the nectarines (4) and add these too, along with the mint (1 handful), liqueur (100 ml) and rosé (750 ml). Place in the fridge and chill for 1 hour. When you’re ready to serve, top up with soda water (500 ml) and ice (2 handfuls).
step 2
To make the grapefruit rosé mimosa, pour the grapefruit juice (200 ml) into four flutes. Top up with prosecco rosé (500 ml) and garnish with a slice of grapefruit (1).
step 3
To make the low-alcohol rosé spritz, fill four large spritz or wine glasses with ice. Halve one of the lime (2) and squeeze a little juice into each of the glasses, then pour over 20ml low alcohol aperitivo (160 ml) into each. Top up with the frizzantea (750 ml) and the soda water (200 ml), stirring gently. Garnish with the remaining lime, cut into slices.
