Drain the tuna fillets (1 tin) and add to a mixing bowl. Add the chopped coriander (1 handful) and mint (1 handful), along with the nuoc cham dipping sauce (50 g) and the juice of ½ the lime (1/2). Adjust the seasoning and acidity to your liking and mix well.

Spoon the tuna mix into the lettuce cups (1), topped with the cucumber slices (2), crispy onions (1 tbsp) and a drizzle of sriracha (to taste), if you like.

Serve with the remaining lime (1/2), cut into wedges.
