Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Halve the potatoes (400 g) and add to the bottom of a large baking dish. Top the potatoes with 1 round of garlic and herb butter (1 piece) and roast for 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Add the pork loins (300 g) on top and roast for another 10 minutes.

Add the green beans (150 g) and olives (80 g), baste the pork and cook for a final 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the beans and potatoes are tender.
