step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/gas mark 7. Add the diced squash (800 g) to a large ovenproof dish and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Roast for 15 minutes, until golden and tender.

Add the creamed spinach (300 g), nutmeg (1/2 tsp) and feta (200 g) and mix well, then season with salt and black pepper. Halve the filo sheets (6 sheets), then scrunch up and dot on top of the veggies.

Drizzle liberally with the melted butter (20 g), then bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until golden.

Scatter over the sesame seeds (1 tbsp), spoon over a few walnuts and a generous drizzle of honey (to taste), then serve.
