Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Empty the contents of the cooked minced beef chilli pouch (1 pack) into a microwaveable container. Add 50ml of boiling water and stir. Cover with cling film and cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave, carefully remove cling film and stir thoroughly. Cover and return to microwave and cook for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

Meanwhile, line the base of a large, tall-sided baking tray with a single layer of tortilla chips (300 g).

Top the tortillas with a third of the beef mixture a third of the grated cheese (1 pack) and a spoonful of jalapeños (2 tbsp). Repeat this process with the remaining beef and cheese. Transfer to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Remove the nachos from the oven and top with your dips (1 pack) of choice, coriander (15 g) (optional), more jalapeños, lime wedges (1) and season to taste with salt and pepper.
