Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the beef chunks (1 pack) and most of its liquid from the pouch to a large baking dish. Add in the stroganoff sauce and stir. Top with the puff pastry (500 g), and brush with egg wash (1). Make a small incision in the top of the pie to allow any steam to escape. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.

Meanwhile, melt the butter (1 tbsp) in a large-lidded frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the sliced greens (150 g) and fry for 3-4 minutes, until beginning to wilt.

Pour in the cream (100 ml), nutmeg (1 pinch) and garlic granules (1 pinch). Simmer for 5 minutes, until the greens are soft.

Serve the pie with creamed baby leaf greens.
