Cook the jacket potatoes (4) according to pack instructions.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the beef mince (500 g) and chorizo (65 g) and cook for 6 minutes, or until browned all over.

Stir in the onion (1) and peppers (1 pack) and cook for 5 minutes, until softened, then season with salt and pepper.

Add the chilli con carne sauce (680 g) and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the beef and vegetables are cooked, and the sauce has reduced.

Cut open your hot jacket potatoes, spoon over the chilli con carne and sprinkle with plenty of cheddar (120 g).
