Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Place the pigs in blankets (8) on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 200°C fan.

Drizzle the pizza base (1) with olive oil and then add the crushed garlic (3 cloves), pigs in blankets and sliced onion (1/4).

Top with the camembert (80 g), mozzarella (60 g), bleu d’auvergne (25 g), dollops of cranberry sauce (1 tbsp) and sage leaves (3). Add an extra drizzle of olive oil.

Cook the pizza for 11 minutes, until the base is crispy, and the cheese has melted.
