Add a handful of ice (1 handful) to a cocktail shaker then add the whisky (50 ml), maple syrup (1 tbsp), lemon juice (1/2) (save the peel to garnish) and egg white (1). Shake vigorously and pour into a tumbler. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
