Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Place the sausages (400 g), chopped tomatoes (1 tin), red pepper paste (1 jar), butter beans (800 g) and red peppers (2) in a roasting tray.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the sausages are cooked and the peppers are soft.

Scatter over the parsley (1 bunch) and serve with the baguette (1).
