Whisk the cream (600 ml), condensed milk (1 tin) and vanilla (1 tsp) until it forms medium peaks and has the texture of clotted cream. Transfer to a large freezable container or a lined cake tin and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate (1/2 bar) in the microwave. Dip each of the cherries (12) in the chocolate and leave to set in the fridge.

Serve the ice cream in the cones (12), with a drizzle of berry coulis (as needed) and a chocolate-covered cherry placed on top.
