Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Heat a splash of olive oil in a large, shallow one proof casserole dish over a medium-low heat. Add the soffritto mix (200 g) and saute for 5 minutes, until soft.

Stir in the everything sauce (1 jar) and simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Stir in half of the milky water from the mozzarella pack (1).

Stir the ravioli (2 packs) into the sauce. Tear over the mozzarella then scatter over the grated parmesan (2 tbsp). Grind over some black pepper and drizzle over a little olive oil.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mozzarella is golden and bubbling. Scatter over the torn basil leaves (1/2 handful).
