You can use the oats as they are at any age, but if you’d prefer, you can mill the oats using a bullet-style blender. The night before you want to give this to your child, mix together the oats (25 g), milk (75 ml), apple (1/2), cinnamon (1 pinch) and chia seeds (1 tsp) in a small Tupperware. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge until the morning. As you proceed through your weaning journey, you might serve this with yogurt, nut butter, or our berry compote.
