Mix together the cream cheese (75 g), lemon zest (1) and black pepper (to taste) and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Split the dough (1 pack) into 3 equal parts and set aside to rest for 15 minutes. Flatten the first piece out to a square roughly 18cm.

Press the crumbled cheese (50 g) all over the bottom half of the dough, then fold over and flatten. Cut into 2cm strips and set aside on a line baking tray.

Repeat with the remaining dough, using one piece for the olive medley (70 g), and another for the lemon cream cheese mix, spreading it across the dough.

Bake for 12-14 mins until golden then allow to cool slightly before serving with your favourite dips, such as tomato salsa (to taste).
