Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Blitz the cottage cheese (200 g) and eggs (2) in a food processor or with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mix onto the lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly.

While cooking, fry, grill or air fry the M&S Collection smoked streaky bacon (4 rashers) until crisp. Slice the tomatoes (4) and avocado (1/2) and wilt the spinach (80 g) in a microwave or pan. Squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture.

Spread the pesto (2 tbsp) onto the wrap and then add the spinach, tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Roll into a wrap, cut in half and serve.
