Cook the prawn toast wheels (2) according to pack instructions.

Cook the noodle box (1) according to pack instructions and cover to keep warm.

Heat ½ tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat and stir-fry the garlic (1 clove) and pak choi (1) until tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add another ½ tbsp oil to the pan and fry the egg (1) until crispy.
step 5
Stir the pak choi through the noodles and top with the fried egg, coriander (1 handful) and crispy onions (1/2 tbsp). Serve the prawn toast wheels on the side.
