Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Lay out the prosciutto (2 packs) on a board and cut each into 2-3 strips vertically. Carefully wrap one piece around each doughball (1 pack) and transfer to a lined baking sheet.

Skewer the olive (1 pack) onto cocktail sticks and pierce one into each doughball to secure the prosciutto in place. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.

While the doughballs bake, transfer the soured cream (300 g) to a dipping bowl and stir in the M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1) zest, juice and chive (1 tbsp). Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve alongside the doughballs.
