Preheat the oven to 160°C fan. Place the M&S Collection crafted sourdough bread (1 loaf) in a lined baking tray and use a sharp knife to score a criss-cross pattern all over the top, leaving a 3cm border at the base of the loaf.

Spread the M&S Collection garlic and herb butter (50 g) all over before sprinkling on the M&S 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano (25 g).

Stuff the hatches with the M&S Italian salami Napoli (4 slices), M&S Italian bresaola (4 slices), M&S matured Italian prosciutto (2 slices), M&S Collection grilled mixed peppers (4), M&S sundried tomatoes (4) and M&S Collection Italian queen nocellara olives (50 g).
