step 1
Add the potatoes (300 g) to a pan of cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until fork tender. Add the petit pois (200 g) for the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain and allow to steam dry for a few mins before tossing through the Cowboy butter (50 g) to melt.

Meanwhile, mix the olive oil (1 tbsp) with the smoked paprika (1 tsp), cumin (1/2 tsp) and seasoning. Rub all over the salmon (2) and top with the thinly sliced lemon (1). Cook in your air fryer for 10 mins at 180°C, or until cooked through.

Serve the salmon with the potatoes and peas.
