Hull and quarter the red diamond strawberries (500 g) – smaller ones can be halved. Add to a bowl with the Sapphire raspberries (250 g) and 3 tbsp elderflower cordial (3 tbsp). Stir to combine and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Add the remaining elderflower cordial (1 tbsp) to the double cream (300 ml) and whisk until soft peaks form. Fold in the M&S Remarksable Value natural yogurt (2 tbsp).

Pile the cream onto the pavlova base (1) followed by the fruit. Finish with a spoonful of caster sugar (1 tsp) and a scattering of mint (1 handful).
