Heat the oven to 160°C fan. Line and grease a 20-25cm baking tin.

Mix the M&S Remarksable Value plain flour (250 g) and caster sugar (75 g) in a large bowl. Rub in the M&S Collection Farmhouse British butter (175 g) until the mix resembles fine breadcrumbs. Knead into a dough and press into the lined tin.

Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool.

In a saucepan, heat the M&S double devon toffees (400 g) and double cream (125 ml) over a medium heat. Remove from the heat when the toffees have melted.

Add the toffee mix to the cooled shortbread and chill in the fridge.

Once the toffee has set, make the rocky road topping. Melt the Collection Fairtrade milk chocolate (200 g) and dark chocolate (100 g) in a microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.

Once melted, stir in the M&S player of the munch (100 g) and M&S pink and white mini marshmallows (30 g) and then add to the top of the toffee. Finish with an extra sprinkle of Player of the Munch.

Chill in the fridge until set and then cut into squares and dig in.
