Combine the salt (1 tsp) and chilli flakes (1/2 tsp) together on a plate, then rub the wedge of a lime (1) along the rim of the glass and then dip it into the chilli salt mix so the entire rim is covered. Then fill the glass with ice cubes (as needed).

Add the hot honey (1 tbsp), tequila (50 ml), orange brandy liqueur (15 ml) and lime juice (25 ml) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.

Double strain the cocktail into your glass, garnish with a slice of red chilli (1 slice) and enjoy.

For the nuts, preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Pop your mixed nuts (1 bag) and seeds (200 g) to a baking tray and give them a mix around.

In a bowl, combine the butter (1 tbsp), hot honey (2 tbsp) and salt (1 tsp) and microwave until the butter has melted.

Pour the hot honey butter over the nuts and seeds and ensure everything’s coated thoroughly.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Finish with a little more salt and enjoy.
