Pour 100ml water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and drop in the M&S camomile infusion teabag (1). Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then discard the teabag.

Add M&S Remarksable Value granulated white sugar (100 g) and return to a low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool.

On a plate, mix together the M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1/2 tsp), ½ tsp sugar and the sea salt (1/2 tsp). Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in water, then into the zest mixture to decorate.

Pour 20ml of the camomile syrup, the M&S Distilled silver tequila (60 ml) and the lemon juice (25 ml) into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice, then shake until cold.

Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a few of the edible flowers (as needed) if using, and serve.
