Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°Cfan/gas mark 6. Cut the M&S smoked streaky bacon rashers (12) in half horizontally. Wrap each of the potatoes (500 g) in half a rasher of bacon each, and secure with a toothpick. Add to a large baking tray and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the bacon is crispy.

When the potatoes have 15 minutes left, remove the lid of the cheese box, slice off the top of the cheese (1) and add a dash of white wine (1 splash).

Replace the top of the cheese and bake for 15 minutes, or until soft and melted.

Serve hot and get dipping with bread and gherkins (to taste) and the bacon wrapped potatoes.
