Heat a splash of olive oil over a medium heat. Add the onion (1) and a pinch of salt. Cook until softened – around 5-6 minutes – before adding the chilli (1) and garlic (2 cloves). Cook for a minute or so, until fragrant.

Cook the M&S Remarksable Value Fusilli pasta (300 g) according to the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, add the tomatoes (250 g) to the pan with the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes, until blistered, before adding the salmon (4). Cook for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Add the spinach (80 g) and capers (1 tsp).

Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water, and toss everything together. Add a splash of cooking water if it looks too dry. Serve topped with the fresh basil leaves (1 handful).
