Preheat the grill to 180°C/160°C fan.

Pour 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil into a roasting dish. Arrange the feta slices (2 packs) over the oil. Mix 2 tbsp more oil with the chilli (1 tsp) and za'atar (1 tsp), then spoon this over the feta.

Drizzle the honey (2 tbsp) over the feta and season well with salt and pepper. Put the dish onto a high shelf in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the feta is golden brown.

When there are 5 minutes of cooking time left, put the M&S Greek style flatbreads (2) into the oven to heat up.

Remove the bread and feta from the oven and sprinkle the feta with mint (2 tbsp). Cut the flatbread into wedges and serve alongside.
