Grab a pitcher and four serving glasses.

Mix the gin (120 ml), elderflower (50 ml), lemon juice (50 ml), apple and ginger shot(s) (1) and mint leaves (20) together in your pitcher.

Add a large handful of ice (1 handful) and fill the pitcher with the apple and elderflower juice (to taste). Stir together well.

To serve, artfully place a strip of cucumber (1) around the inside of your serving glass, pour and finish with a slice of lemon (1).
