Heat a pan with 1tsp of vegetable oil. Fry your onions (1), red pepper (1) and yellow pepper (1) for 10 minutes until soft.

Add a tin of chickpeas (1 tin), the jar of classic tomato everything sauce (1 jar) and a heaped tablespoon of Plant Kitchen vegan ‘nduja paste (2 tbsp) and heat through.

Cook a pouch of M&S wholegrain rice with quinoa (1 pouch) according to pack instructions and serve with the ragu.

If you like things extra hot, finish with an extra dollop of the vegan ‘nduja paste.
