Heat a frying pan over a medium flame and add a little cooking oil.

Mix your beef mince (500 g) with the grated red onion (1/2), finely chopped parsley (1/2 handful) and season generously with salt and pepper. Shape your beef mince into koftas.

Fry your koftas in the pan for around 10 minutes until they’re cooked all the way through. Turn often to ensure an even colour.

While your koftas are cooking, grill the roti (2).

Once cooked, top the roti with the koftas, tzatziki (1 pot), parsley (1/2 handful), sliced red onion (1/2) and pomegranate seeds (1 handful).
