Although i was informed that my bouquet order had been handed to the recipient, and although it had been delivered to the right building, it actually was left in a seldom used kitchen area. The bouquet was eventually spotted by a member of staff, who passed it to the recipient, not as a Christmas gift, as intended, and passed its best.

A beautiful bouquet in autumn colours. A bit disappointed that the crocosmia were replaced by freesias, but the colours fitted perfectly.

This was purchased as a present for my mother in law as a Christmas gift. Although looked lovely when the bouquet arrived the following day one of the dahlias fel apart and within 3 days all lost a number of petals which was noticeable. Dahlias usually last between one to two weeks ! I am really disappointed particularly as a gift and would not recommend.

Not worth the money. One rosebud was snapped on arrival and others were not in great condition. Whole display rather sparse for money, even with £5 saving when order placed. Wont bother again - should have shopped locally, but didnt have time.

A wee bit disappointed
Was a bit disappointed in freshness and content as compared against the actual sales photograph. Have always been more than happy with the flowers from M and S but this time not so. Not much I could do as it was a present ordered in Scotland and received in London. Apart from this comment the flowers arrived on time as promised and well packaged.
