These socks look good and feel soft to the touch, however, although I bought a size 3-5 and I am a size 5 they are bulky and even wearing in a boot are quite uncomfortable. I've tried washing them in the hope of shrinkage but (probably as they do not contain wool) this made no difference. They are cosy if wearing around the house in loose fitting slippers.
