What’s a standard-size pillowcase?

Our standard-size pillowcases measure 76cm x 48cm and come in various designs. Other standard-sized pillowcases can measure up to 80cm x 50cm. We have Oxford styles, with wide decorative borders, and housewife designs, which have an internal flap for a snug fit. Choose from luxurious Egyptian cotton, microfibre fabric and textured fleece.

What size are king-size pillowcases?

The average king-size pillowcase measures 90cm x 50cm, with our king-sized pillowcases coming in a touch roomier at 92cm x 52cm. This is compared with our standard-size pillowcases, which are 76cm x 48cm. Create a cosy nest on your bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton styles and textured fleece options, available in a rainbow of colours.

How often should I change my pillowcases?

You should change your pillowcases every few days, but if that’s too much, once a week will do. As you sleep, pillowcases can collect oil, allergens, sweat and skin cells, which can cause skin irritation and breakouts, so it helps to wash them regularly. If you’re ill or sweating more than usual, it’s especially important to keep your bed linen fresh. All our pillowcases are machine washable for hassle-free cleaning.
