RuralRita Not natural cotton. I don't know if I was sent the wrong pillowcases as I certainly did not want non-iron, or 'stay new technology' or anything like that. I just wanted pure, fresh, sweet smelling, natural cotton. They certainly didn't iron well, and unfortunately the fabric seemed to attract every single speck of fibre in the house. The treatment must have some kind of static which attracts fibres from, e.g. mohair blankets. I was not at all happy with them. So I returned them for a refund. I do realise that some people are attracted to non-iron fabrics, but I am not one of them. I wonder what type of treatment or coating is done to the cotton fibres to result in them becoming non-iron. Unfortunately I had thrown away all the packaging, because I washed them before I used them, so I wasn't able to check if I had been sent the wrong thing. I think that M&S is technologically obsessed with 'fixing' fabrics that don't need fixing! Normally you would think - I am going to buy some Egyptian cotton pillowcases - what could possibly go wrong?

Mtunzi Disappointed Very disappoinred. Says non iron on label. Far from it. Difficult to iron especially the piping round edges which seems to have shrunk on first wash at 30° .

Unusually unhapot So creased! Definitely not non iron! So difficult to get creases out of!
