All around, too much fabric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep trying these shorts on and trying to like them but unfortunately, they mixed the mark. The only thing I like about these shorts are the color and the elastic on the waist. I want to start off with the fit. They are so big! The waist band is great but everything else is either too big or too long. And when I say too big, I mean, there is so much fabric on these shorts that the cute little mesh detailing on the sides are no longer visible. They’re way too long and could stand to have lost a few inches of length at Althea very least. The additional fabric just drapes over it. Let’s also add that the fabric is not my personal favorite but I’m sure it’s good for sweat wicking and keeping cool. These shorts don’t make any sense. They definitely look better and fit better on the models in the photos. Maybe I’m just not tall enough at 5’5 to make these work.

These shorts are lightweight, comfortable, and have a relaxed fit that allows for easy movement without feeling baggy. I love the clean, athletic look and the color. They’re flattering and easy to wear for workouts or everyday activities. The fabric is breathable, soft, and perfect for warm weather. It feels light without being see-through. My favorite thing is how comfortable and versatile they are. If I could change one thing, I’d add slightly deeper pockets for carrying essentials. A comfortable, lightweight pair of shorts that look great and move well. I’d definitely reach for these regularly.

Great fit on the waist and the perfect length for walks and trails. Cant believe there are no pockets - big drawback for a short of this type, but I love the fit and style nonetheless.
