I actually had quite a bad experience with this product which I have since emailed you about. The flowers arranged squashed, and in the words of my cousin "absolutely shocking". You are in the process of refunding me, but I'm still extremely disappointed as never had this issue before. Overall, very disappointed.

Floral gift

The roses were in full bloom. The one and only stem of liklies was tightly closed. There were 3 pine cones sticking out like sore thumbs. These were a gift for a friend who had a heart opperation. I was so upset. M&S kindly acknowledged this complaint and sent another areangement but not until after Christmas.

We purchased a Winter Frost bouquet for delivery to a friend on 23 Dec. She loved it and it was delivered on time. Very pleased with the result and would do this again for other friends on special occasions. It is difficult to rate as we haven't seen the bouquet ourselves but the feedback from our friend was that it was very fragrant and a wonderful surprise that made her Christmas.

I ordered this as a present for my parents to enjoy over Christmas. Unfortunately when I visited them on boxing day I noticed that the heads on the roses had dropped. I had expected the flowers to last longer than 4 days. I am very disappointed as I have ordered flowers previously from Marks and Spencer which still looked good after 1 week.

These beautiful fresh flowers arrived carefully packaged, with attention to detail such as individual wrapping for the chrysanthemums. The blooms themselves are great quality and lasting well. The whole bouquet is a Xmas delight with a wonderful fragrance from the lilies.

These were dead on arrival and was put in the bin 24 hours after delivery, I complained and to be fair they refunded my money plus a £ 10 gift voucher and this was dealt with very quickly
