I love this top. Cut well and the most gorgeous colour. I ordered a medium. I’m usually 12/14 and it was perfect. If you like it snug I would go small. The scarf makes it look super classy.

A great seasonal transition top with some warmth to it but sleeveless so you can pop on a jacket or cardi if needed. The fit is very good with no gape at the armholes and a relaxed fit round the waist. Buttons are covered in the same soft smooth fabric as the body of the top and the scarf is detachable. I am 5ft1 and took my usual size 8 which was perfect. I haven’t washed it yet or worn it enough to assess pilling. Looks good with skinny or wide jeans or more formal trousers. I’ll definitely wear it a lot. M&S seems to have upped its style game this season!

I’m in love with this top - so much so that I might buy another one so as not to wear it out. I would love a navy or various other colours. I haven’t tried the biscuit colour as it might not work with my skin tone but this taupe one is stunning. Soft and sumptuous, looks more expensive than it is.
