Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

£40 is alot for a small bunch. The size of the bunch in the photo is deceptive. If I could have gone to store the same money would have bought a larger and fresher bunch. Disappointed, not the usual m&s quality you get in store.

Huge box tiny bunch of wilted flowers.

A huge box arrived. Inside was a tiny bunch of wilted flowers. These were part of a 70th Birthday gift for a relative. I decided to keep the flowers myself and purchased a huge bunch of beautiful flowers from a local supermarket for a quarter of the price. The flowers that I kept lasted 3 days. They didn’t recover dispite the complex instructions follwed to cut and arrange the flowers. I am so disappointed, this has never happened before. All previous M&S purchases have been high quality. Not impressed.

I bought these as a loving gift to send to my parents as my Dad begins 6 weeks of radiotherapy and chemo. I was so disappointed at the size and quality of them. I wished I’d actually gone to a supermarket and spent the equivalent money but wanted to treat them!

I’ve bought many bouquets from Marks and Spencer’s in the past, but this was a real disappointment. It was a very “ thin “ bouquet, with not much to recommend it ! As it was a birthday present I was also embarrassed as I had expected it to be of the same standard as that of previously purchased flowers. I would not recommend it to others.

Very disappointed in this bouquet. Not worth it. I bought these for my mother’s birthday and had them delivered. Such a poor, sad looking selection. I was hoping they would open out and look better but unfortunately it didn’t get much better. I won’t buy from here again.
