Comfy and roomy
Looks comfy fit and sturdier than previous, more room for files, laptop, brolly and second layer. However I shall miss the extra pockets of my previous M&S stylish backpack (that served a decade of heavy use before falling apart)

I needed a new bag for every-day work, so I had ordered it expecting the 15"/16" laptop sleeve to be the right size and upon its delivery found that it was smaller than I expected. I have previously owned bags that also had 15"/16" laptop sleeves and had no prior issues. However, the same laptop I have used with my other bags, did not fit and was too big for the bag. I am not sure if this specific bag runs smaller than other bags with 15"/16" laptop sleeves, or how this bag may differ from other Herschel bags. Regardless, I was disappointed and would only recommend if the laptop sleeve being the incorrect size does not matter to you.

I always love Herschel bags and I’m very happy I purchased this backpack! Can’t say more about how well the bag is made. Love the front pocket with mesh pocket inside so it’s two separate pockets and little puffy tie on zipper pull. Well, Herschel… will be looking forward to more great bags!!!

I purchased this backpack for weekend trips and it is perfect! Very lightweight with one big section instead of wasted space with so many sections. The pocket on the front is convenient and it has two pockets on each side can be used for water bottle and phone or anything you need to grab quickly. It has enough space for a night or two away, or in addition to a suitcase as a carry on. Super comfy and soft, too!
