No, I don't recommend this
It is very heavy on the neck making head lean forward causing neck to ache more. It very uncomfortable to use. It doesn’t stay warm long to feel benefit. I would not recommend.

This product is really good quality but it doesn’t hold its heat for very long at all, I would say around 20 mins if that. I have followed the instructions so I am heating it for the correct time, not worth the money in opinion though
