Rose & Iris

I was very disappointed to receive a photograph from the recipient of the flowers which showed the iris' in full bloom. Customer services dealt with my compaint immediately and I am satisfied the fault was with the supplier not M&S. I have always been delighted with previous orders.

The flowers were a birthday present from my husband and looked lovely on arrival. They were cut and the feed added to the water. By the next day a couple of the roses were starting to droop and after two days half of them were dying. It is now the fourth day and, out of 14 roses, only two are alive - just. My husband has complained about them and received the full £30 back.

The roses lasted 4 days and the Iris 6. What a waste of money!

I had these flowers deliver from an elderly uncle from his hospital bed. The roses were dead the next day. I complained to you and recieved a second lot. They weren't much better. The iris were ok lasted 8 days. The roses only lasted 4 days and I had to throw them away. I have had longer lasting flowers from tesco mothers days lasted 19 days and were much cheaper. I never contacted you after the 2 nd lot as I thought what's the point. I would not recommend M&S to anyone. Which is a shame, for obvious reasons I can not tell my uncle as he would be very upset.

Very disappointed with the flowers my friend sent me to cheer me up they arrived Friday late afternoon did every as said on label cut the ends of added the flower food on Sunday the roses started to droop now to day Monday all roses have sagging heads , I do not understand why they come with out water roses must have water at all times to stop them drooping surly? so M & S a big let down and flowers did not meet the guarantee 7 day promise have photos of proof not a happy customer must add the colours of the Yellow and Blue are very striking

Ordered these flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. They only lasted one day. The next morning all roses were dead and only 5 iris remained. I have received a full refund but am very disappointed with the quality of the product.

These were a gift for mothers day. The rose leaves were already wilting and falling off when the bouquet arrived. After 2 days the roses were dead. And the irises died without ever coming out. Would normally associate m&s with quality but would definitely reconsider ordering flowers from m&s again.

Mum loved these, and said that they lasted a while. They came well packaged.

I ordered these flowers for my mum for mothers day and she loved them. They lasted longer than the stated time scale and I would definitely order them again.

These were a gift for mothers day. They arrived on the Sunday, they looked beautiful but they were wilting by Tuesday. My Mum was very disappointed, especially since my brother bought cheaper flowers which are still going strong. It's a shame because normally associate m&s with quality but would definitely reconsider ordering flowers from m&s again

This bouquet seemed to get a good reception, but who buys one for themselves? It seems daft to seek out this sort of feedback... Almost as worthless as the Sparks card!

beautiful fresh and bright bouquet. The irises arrived in bud so opened up and have lasted well. Mums were very happy!
