Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was looking forward to this bunch, but was very dissapointed. The flowers were purple and not red. After 3 days they dropped their petals and created a mess! The worst bunch of flowers I have ever bought. I intended to buy white peony bunch the following week. I decided to save my money.

The flowers weren’t in bloom yet and more purple than red. They were a graduation gift for my daughter at jet2 so the colour and the fact they weren’t in bloom were both disappointing

I purchased this for my dearest friend and her husband who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary It arrived on the selected day, and she was absolutely delighted with it, sending photos across of when it was in bloom. Highly recommend (I always buy flowers from M&S as you can truly rely on them for accurate delivery and beautiful flowers that never disappoint)

The flowers to look at are great but the smell emanating from the blooms is truly horrendous. We have a peony bunch in our front garden which produces a beautiful aroma. Totally unlike the £40 I paid for these. I bought them as a present for my wife after just returning from hospital after surgery. She isn't impressed with the aroma either.
