Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Firstly the recipient told me the bouquet was lovely and had a beautiful perfume. I was, however, disappointed that it wasn’t delivered until the evening as this was a birthday present. I also omitted to put a gift message which was my fault but I reminder to do this when ordering would have been helpful.
