Care- Keep your orchids away from fruit bowls-fruit emits ethylene and will shorten their life. Keep it away from heat sources and draughts. Never let your orchid sit in water for a long time

Please prune the spent flowers. If your orchid seems to be unhappy no matter what you do, it might like to live in a different room. Keep your orchids moist by adding two ice cubes to the pot each week

When your orchid has finished flowering, prune the stem above the lowest node. It helps it to bloom again. To keep leaves lustrous, give them a light misting from time to time

Position- Natural light on a north, east or west facing windowsill is best, out of direct sunlight

When my Orchid arrived I was amazed at the fantastic way it was packaged.. the orchid was in bud and appeared as I had expected… I have over the years purchased many different types of orchid as they are a favourite of mine …. I read all the literature that was included with the plant to make sure I looked after the plant following the instructions… Unfortunately after 2 weeks the buds started to fall off from the base of the plant .. I’ve never found this to happen before the buds have opened .. however now my orchid is shedding flowers daily and after a few weeks it only has flowers at the top of the stem … surely this should not have happened so quickly… unfortunately I could not recommend this orchid to a friend
