quality control lacking
No, I don't recommend this
Like another reviewer I found a fault with the jacket - stitching and shoulder pad rucked up so one shoulder is wider than the other. Would have reordered, but now none left in my size - what a shame!

A lovely fitting suit. The material was good quality. The delivery into store was late so missed my husbands birthday , & once it arrived the suit was folder up in a box very poorly packaged.

This is a great jacket (same for trousers) despite my body build. I have always put off buying suit in the past because of my rugby-player-like physique, and although the fit wasn't perfect it certainly was the best fit I have found off the shelf in a very long time. It even accommodated my developing protruding belly. Good effort.

Very unhappy with order not the same quality or size when tried on in the shop.then had to take it back and buy trousers too long to then have altered.woul never order from marks again if clothes not in the shop would go else here

This is a well made and perfectly fitting jacket made out of lovely material which I bought for my husband to wear to a wedding in September. It looks and feels good and as I purchased it during a 20% promotion off it is a real bargain. I have no negative comments to make about it.

This review is on behalf of my father. I was taken to M and S to purchase a suit for my grand-daughters wedding. It is a very well fitting suit , which I think looks elegant and expensive on. The jacket has a red lining which adds to the overall look. I am over 80 but feel it would compliment any age.

This suit was purchased for my husband for a wedding. The first jacket that arrived had a fault in the material, in that a dark crease ran across the chest which was quite apparent. Undeterred, I purchased another. This turned up with a frayed area in the material on the back. This will also be returned, which is a shame, as I like the look and feel of the suit and the fit is good. Both of these faults were so bad that they should've been picked up by quality control. I am really disappointed.

The suit was far more blue than it appears online - but maybe I could be persuaded. The quality was excellent, but the jacket was for a much ... wider person. I guess the Sartorial range is targeted at middle-aged profile. I've lost a stone on the Fast Diet, now 32/34 waist, and enjoying the flat fronted trousers, but still need a 40 Regular jacket; the Sartorial 40R jacket would have been fine for 36 inch waist - perhaps M&S need a slim version of it? (Or is that just Collezione anyway?) So, a lovely suit, but an example of why its a good idea to go and buy it in the shop - or at least try it in the shop - saves time in the end..... Verdict: Nice suit, too blue and too big. I sent it back and went with the Collezione range instead!
